Instructions were weird and useless. I had to look inside the box to understand. Also, I had to do a lot to steam the whole head. Generally not regulated. I had to sit on a bar stool and a cushion to try and reach it. I still haven't had any success. To get the back of my head, I had to climb onto a bar stool. I then had to tilt the steamer a bit to cover my whole head. It sucks. Worst of all, the condensate collects and drains away. This will burn all the crap out of you, which is why I don't recommend Lean. Do not do that. I don't understand why the condensate can bubble and drain, but there is no way. Also, the tank is so small that you have to refill it before the time runs out. This means you interrupt the vaping and cooling process. Other than that, it was a ferry, and I guess that was the point, right? Save me the wait to get to the salon. I wish I could just spend the money and order a professional. Less tweaks, tricks, back pain and wrestling. If they made small improvements by making the hood lower, the tank bigger and more adjustable it would be a great buy.
