The trash can arrived broken

The pieces look very beautiful and go very well with my bathroom. However, the trash can was broken. All items were stuffed into the bin and there was no padding to protect it. The floor falls off. I chose to keep it for myself and still use it because I put packages in it and the jar itself can't be moved that often.
