Review on Gaming Headset Headphone Laptop Nintendo by Robert Hines

***Update*** Xbox One X was having an issue (system performance was causing all sorts of corruption; it took days to isolate and find the issue). Now that I have a new and fully working Xbox One X, this headset works as advertised. It suits us all well here at home and none of us have any complaints. I can buy two more for the little ones for Christmas. This also works well with the Nintendo Switch. My son plays Fortnite (Switch) and I can easily hear him on the Xbox side and also on the PC side of Live. I've also verified that the Switch, Xbox, and PC (Windows 10 Pro) are properly powering the headset, although I rarely use it. Even kids seem to keep it disconnected from USB ports. It's not a feature we actually use, but it works fine; but looks very good. looks like the Autobots emblem. I have no complaints. 5 star product across the board. While I can't figure out how to contact the seller (usually it's pretty easy through Revain), I will determine if this is a defunct product or maybe I'm too new to Xbox One X. The sound goes from the optics to the soundbar on my wireless device, and everyone is chatting through the headset. I can communicate with them and use voice commands and everyone can hear me well and many say my voice is very clear. The only problem is that the game sounds go into the soundbar and the headset makes chatting almost impossible. I messed up the settings with no solution. I hope to hear from the company soon. I would like to solve this problem as soon as possible in order to evaluate this product accurately.
