A very high-quality product, I take it not for the first time.

I compared it with the xeon 2650 v2, in which, in general, everything suited me, but I wanted to try something more modern, the overall performance of the system, of course, has grown, most likely this is a merit of RAM and a modern chipset.

Has pros: Performance is better than i7-7700. Eight streams. Cons: You can't find cheap motherboards for it.
