The ability to be able to quickly turn around comments and feedback from clients on both large and small projects, with a quick turnaround time. The ability to keep our clients informed as to the progress of their projects. The interface can be a little confusing at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's great. Nothing. I would say that the platform is easy to use and has a great customer service team. I also love that it's super easy to use, so I don't have to spend as much time in front of it as I would with some other platforms.
