Fits well, looks good and grips well. However, I am deducting 2 stars as this cover sometimes has connection issues with my 12.9" Apple Smart Keyboard caused. It took me a while to figure out what the heck was going on, but sometimes my keyboard just wouldn't work and it was driving me nuts. Other times it worked fine. I finally removed that cover and lo and behold, I haven't had a single problem with the keyboard since. While the lid allows the Smart Keyboard to attach easily and seamlessly, something about it hinders the keyboard's ability to fully connect and interact with the iPad. So keep that in mind if you plan to use it with an iPad. Apple Smart Keyboard. I can't talk to other iPad/keyboard sizes, but sometimes it interferes with the connection between my 12.9" iPad Pro and the Apple Smart Keyboard.
