Saved me a costly visit to the dealer
The left turn signal worked intermittently even after replacing the bulbs on my 2011 Ford Transit Connect under warranty. Did a bit of web browsing and found that 10-12s had an early guaranteed problem with left (sometimes right) front turn signals. Dealer's repair bulletin solution was to replace this part. If this does not help, replace the socket with the lamp and check the wiring. So I started this part and I got lucky! Easy repair and I've had turn signals for a few weeks. Hooray!
