Surprisingly uncomfortable. After filling, air escaped (no check valve? It's a tiny piece of plastic. C'mon, tech), resulting in a weird thumb-and-forefinger dance from my mouth in the airport terminal when I tried to get this thing den all the way. full for my big bowler hat on a night flight. Finally, at 6ft 2in/220, it wasn't even big enough for me to use. When I figured it out, it still wasn't comfortable. The Frontier seats didn't help, but when my friend handed them back to me and laid her head on the tray table like in elementary school, I realized the place was categorized as an "emergency backup/accidental purchase". There is a backpack I bought from the same company 9 years ago that still works. I doubt I can say the same about it.
