In general the product is good - I'm sure my cat will like it. The biggest issue I had was how the product was packaged. It was clearly a used scratching post. The tools/screws were powder coated as they were previously screwed into the drywall. Also, the tool was packed in a ziplock bag and the scratching post had obviously been assembled before. Very disappointed with the quality and that they sent me a used scratching post (especially as cats are very sensitive to smells and use toys/sticks/beds). I would send it back but I already threw away the box and don't want to repack everything.
