I want this bag to be my favorite - for the price it's well constructed, with strong zippers and decent padding for a padded laptop bag. You can accidentally drop your laptop in your bag and you should avoid damage. Despite its small size, it can hold more than you would expect. The strap isn't the best, but it's good enough that I only use it to carry my laptop and some files to and from work. was stunning, both inside and out. I tried the usual tricks - baking soda, Febreeze, charcoal, tea towels - but ended up soaking them in a mixture of 1 part vinegar and 4 parts water before using a heat wave to dry them in the sun. After that I tried tea towels and baking soda and now 10 days after receipt I can finally start using it, although the slight plastic chemical smell is still there. I hope that the residual smell will dissipate over time.
