To be honest I wasn't sure if I should believe the reviews because it sounded too good to be true. In my case, I suffered from sciatica and hip bursitis for 7 months. I go to a chiropractor for this, which still hurts when I'm trying to fix my body because my posture is really bad. This bandage lets me get up, I can cook and wash dirty dishes, which I couldn't do because the stabbing pain and calf cramps when I got up were too bad. I can sit longer. I won't say it's a magic bandage that takes my pain away, but it supports my muscles and allows me to do daily tasks with less pain and more support. I would recommend it to anyone who wants the world at their feet. I didn't have to take Ibiprofen or Alevrite on the days I took it, which is a boon for my kidney. Sorry for the long review, just thought this would help someone in pain. My pain was 1-10 to 9 with a brace I could be 5-6.
