Great product for shoulders
As soon as I got it I put it on. I felt instant relief from a torn rotator cuff. It still gives you movement but keeps it going. Very easy to put on and adjust if you have velcro straps. There is also a place to put a hot or cold compress if needed. Can be worn under clothing or over clothing. I even ordered one specifically for my mom's right shoulder. With this belt I have not tried using it on the right shoulder. I highly recommend it to you for shoulder pain.
