I use it not only for selfies. It's great for more professional Zoom calls and enhances my Marco Polos and TalkSpace sessions. The most amazing thing was the quality of the tripod. It is strong and stretches to become very large. The smaller travel tripod is also very durable. The large tripod itself folds up very easily. but the lantern only folds 90 degrees, so it's best to put it away for storage. The lamp itself is very beautiful. nice soft glow, very bright colors and the ability to position the phone in the center make for a really even light balance. Also, the rings of light reflected in your eyes/glasses look very professional. I also rotated it and used it as an accent light on my wall when not using it with my phone. but then i tucked it under the bed and found that it looks really cool with the colored light under the bed. It has a very nice atmosphere, so it can be used when not used for photo/video.
