I want to start buying this product because I thought it was a lava lamp with little or no prep time. Unfortunately, you'll need to put in some effort and time to get this product to work properly, but I'll get to that later. When this package first arrived I was disappointed to find that it was missing the power cord and adapter to keep the tank running and after reading the reviews a little more closely this seems to be a common problem. I emailed customer support and they called me back very quickly to resolve the issue. My replacement package was supposed to arrive on the 10th but I didn't receive it until the 11th. I was happy to see that they sent a brand new replacement, not just the power cord and adapter, so I now have an extra tank and jellyfish to use later or keep for spares. After reading the instructions, the jellyfish should be soaked in dish soap for 4-6 hours and wait 2 days for the jellyfish to swim normally. So far I've let it run all day and the big jellyfish seems to be swimming fine while the smaller one is stuck in the corner. I ended up replacing the smaller jellyfish with the larger jellyfish sent to me with the replacement and now they are moving fine. I get the idea, but this can definitely be improved. Especially if it's $30+. There has been a lot of waiting and work to get this working properly and based on feedback from other buyers it might not even last.
