Very dry where I live so most foundations and foundations can look flaky or dry if you don't take precautions and don't use moisturizer. This product has enough shimmer to minimize the appearance of blemishes and enough pigment to even out skin tone. Lightweight in feel and with a sheer finish, it blends beautifully with loose powder for the perfect coverage combo with no heavy "puffing" around the eyes or smile lines.
