Not exactly. waste of money.

Easy to use. But not very accurate. I've had it for 2 years and it's never been accurate. I used it when I first got it and it showed a lower temperature than other rectal thermometers. I forgot it, put it away and didn't use it for a year. Today I compared it to my other thermometer which read 99.6 and this one read 97.1. That's ridiculously low for a rectal thermometer. I know how to use i correctly. I am a medical worker. This item is a waste of money.
