NOT waterproof best in underwater photography

Mine is NOT waterproof. Leaks while snorkeling. Depth 3 feet or less. Back in the boat I dried everything and carefully tried to close the hull. Leaked again. The camera is waterproof anyway, but this case ruins the video because there is water in front of the lens.
