of two keys was damaged, one worked properly and the other was not programmed. I programmed the transponder first as I didn't have to cut the key to program this feature. When I contacted them about an unprogrammed key they emailed me and asked me a few questions, we did this a couple of times and then they sent me a new key and tag to send the faulty one back. The new key is well programmed. I am very happy with this purchase.
