Very happy to get this soup. I went and put it in the water and started hearing horrible gurgling noises coming out of the valve. I followed the seller's instructions; Deflate and tighten the valve with the included cheap wrench. I tightened the valve until it stopped tightening. I pumped it up but it keeps dripping. I decided to go ahead and remove the valve to see if the area it is in is dirty or if there are any obstructions. What I found was that everything wasn't perfectly round, but rather oval. You can see in the photos I've attached how the valve isn't seated properly. I contacted the company and they replied but apparently none of their suggestions worked. When I sent them the photos in this review, they told me I needed to cut my hair all the way around. We can say that the orifice and the valve do not work together. I decided to cut my losses and get it back as I only had it for 24 hours at the moment. I even thought "why not go if the leak is slow?" well in about 4 hours he lost about 6.5psi which is unacceptable. This isn't my first inflatable, but it's my first disappointment. Update: Good luck getting your money back in time. Usually I get my money back within a few hours after returning the goods. Now Revain is telling me that I will have to wait until at least 4/2/21 (2 full weeks) to know of my refund as they have to wait to be scanned that they have received it. I was going to buy another one from Revain but I'll just wait until I get my refund and maybe just go to the store to buy it.
