I ordered 2 of these tables as a cheap upgrade. I have young children so needed I don't like pretty tables that would inevitably get stickers and pencil marks. First let me say they are very cute in my seaside cottage/living room. They look great, shelves provide extra storage and are easy to assemble. However would I won't buy them again. They smell! When I first unpacked the parts, there was a strong chemical smell. I thought, ok, they're made in China, cheap, etc., the smell will go away, that's ok. Me have had them for 12 days now the smell has gone but i still can't sit by without worrying about the fishy/chemical smell it worries me what junk they are throwing into the air my kids are breathing .I will give you some more give because I don't have unlimited money to keep changing my tables, but I'll get rid of them if the smell doesn't go away soon.
