An electrician helped me install this fan. At first it was difficult to assemble due to its individual parts. The fan blades were the heaviest as small parts could easily get caught in small holes and then you had to shake them out to start over. You'll need a magnetized tip on the end of the tool to ensure these small parts don't get lost in the fan. The package does not include double batteries and light bulbs, so buy them before you assemble the fan. According to my electrician, the fan was quite easy to install in the ceiling. The remote control works perfectly and is easy to use. The fan itself doesn't look bad. Doesn't look too modern, but provides a lot of air. It was very cold. It works well, but it doesn't look super modern.
