I bought this to protect my new 16" MacBook Pro. The price is great, and the added screen protection and keyboard cover are nice bonuses. Here are my comments on the version I chose (template "River") Pros 1. Came very quickly. Just a few days. 2. A microfiber cloth is included to clean the screen if you wish to fit a screen protector 3. All parts fit once you figure out which way they go and where the attachment points are 4. The fit is secure and should be scratch free protect Minus 1. There are no instructions on which side to put the shell. In the case of the lower shell, this is relatively obvious. The cutout edge should be on the front of the keyboard. Press firmly around the entire perimeter. It's not reliable unless you hear it clicking in multiple places. Vision). The piece with 3 tabs should be attached next to the keyboard hinge. The corners with slight protrusions should be at the top of the screen (with the lid open) or closest to the user when the keyboard is in the normal position. Press around the edges to fit it properly.3. This pattern is not shiny. It's nice, but it looks like metal in the product photo. The drawing is not metallic. I still like it but just understand what you get. Other thoughts are my cables etc. Everything fits and the lid feels secure with normal use. Overall I'm very happy with it.
