Decent abmat - my new review

This abmat is well built and I feel it will hold its shape well. I gave it 4 stars because it is a tab too high so the lumbar support does feel as good as it does with other ab mats. The stiffness is also something you have to get used to. If you like softer ab mats this one is not the one for you.

Pros

I use this several times a week in home gym. I wish I had not waited as long as I did to purchase this!

Cons

This product is too firm. Definitely not easy on lower back and has not give.
