Terrible product. I live in Arizona, USA and the gel came in liquid form and was always a goo. It NEVER had the consistency of a gel. I could make a better product using borax and glue. To be honest the ONLY reason I won't be returning this is because it's exhausting. So I'm going to use some powdered borax to thicken this stuff up and maybe some essential oil to make it smell like something other than glue. Do not purchase this product, it appears to be inconsistent in its manufacture. Spend a little more and get a quality gel. Annoying that I have to "fix" this junk product.
