Unbrush doesn't reach the gumline and therefore doesn't clean well. It also hurts as it is too big to fit in a normal mouth/jaw. And finally, it broke in less than 2 months (I received it on May 6, 2021) and they have not responded to any of my requests for a replacement via email, FB, contact form on their website, etc. d Not responding is not acceptable customer service. This is a design flaw. A small, very fragile rod connecting the base to the brush broke. It will definitely break even if they send a replacement as it's not strong at all. My dentist says it's not safe. Stay away from this product.
