I ordered this photo frame earlier this month. First, it is overpriced compared to the quality and finish of this product. Instructions are a pain to read. It's so confusing that I had to go through it multiple times to understand the setup. I don't understand why they made it so difficult to connect to Wi-Fi. I kept trying to connect it to my phone via Wi-Fi but it kept giving me an error. After two days of fighting and wasting my time with this poor quality product I returned it and don't think I will ever buy this product again.
