This is a great little footstool to keep on hand. It folds up quickly and unfolds almost as quickly. When I stand on it with heavy objects when my feet are somewhere in the middle, it seems to me that it gives a little. But if I keep both feet level with the outside feet I have no problems. The upper has a very grippy yet bumpy design. It might not be the best option for bare feet, but some people actually like that aspect. I don't mind uneven ground and I feel it holds me in place well. I would say if you plan on putting in the full £300. If you use it regularly, you can try another stool. But for lighter loads it is extremely practical and easy to store. Highly recommended!
