Review on Logitech G703 Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Mouse: Unleash Your Gaming Potential! by Seo Jun ᠌

Revainrating 2 out of 5

The purchase was not worth it at all.

I don’t understand why cheap mice from some less reputable company, with all their shortcomings, work for me for years until the cable frays, and a well-known company, about the quality and support of which I have heard only good so far, produces such frank hack . I'm upset to the core. The mouse, taken to replace the G703, is extremely inconvenient against its background. I would very much like 703 for myself, but only a working one, but I'm already afraid to contact Logitech. Well, I don’t have extra time to ride to the store and back once a month to replace a failed mouse. Indeed, judging by the mass of other negative reviews, this is not an accident, but rather a pattern. Alas. If you, dear Logitech employees, suddenly respond to my message, please tell me where you can buy the same mouse, but not from a defective batch, which will not require replacement every month.

Pros
  • In terms of ergonomics, ease of use in various tasks, flexibility of software settings, this is the best mouse I have ever used.
Cons
  • The first mouse worked for a month and a half, after which the LMB began to behave as if I was pressing it weakly - when the button was pressed, it broke the contact. That is, in order to move the label to another place, or select the text, it was necessary to press on the LMB with a noticeable effort. I thought that marriage happens to everyone, and I changed the mouse to the same one under warranty. The second one has been working for more than two months, after which the wheel began to act up - it gave out a double click when you clicked on it. In the end, I returned the money, and took another mouse from another company. I don't want to deal with Logitech anymore.
