Good printer for 11 months - terrible customer service

Great printer for 11 months. Then the seal became blurred. I cleaned the printheads and did a "Print Head Nozzle Check". Not much better. Did that four more times. Not better yet. Contact Epson online support. The firmware has been updated. Not better yet. Installed new cartridges, didn't get any better. Call Epson Technical Support. We chatted while we took out the cartridges and read the numbers on them so they could be sure they were Epson cartridges. Then the print heads were cleaned. So far it's no better. . I ran the print head cleaning twice more. Still no improvement. He was then told to unplug the printer and told "he needed to rest for the night". Surprisingly, the next morning after a good night's sleep, the print was still blurry. Call Epson Technical Support again. Gave them the service number so they could pick up where they left off. I was approached while taking out the cartridges and reading their numbers so they could make sure someone hadn't replaced the cartridges with third party cartridges overnight while I was sleeping. It was about cleaning the print head. So far without improvement. Told them I was too busy to keep doing the same thing and expecting something different. I suspect it's more profitable to waste customer's time with BS than to honor the warranty.
