I liked that this mouthguard was soft as I tend to clench my teeth while playing (I play roller derby). drinking with it, but taking it out was disgusting - the bulkiness of the guard was accompanied by a lot of saliva. I couldn't close my lips comfortably around the guard, so my mouth was always open. The top cut my gums and left them big ulcers
