Great for long runs!
I used this vest while training for the New York Virtual Marathon. I bought water bottles that fit in the front pockets of the vest. Even with full water bottles, the vest was light. There are plenty of pockets for gels, protein bars and other things. It has been washed several times (I put it in a small bag for clothes) and hung out to dry. I highly recommend this vest. I will continue to use it for all my long runs.
