UPDATE 2: Due to the shipper of the goods the other side was ordered and shipped to me and arrived on the day I ordered delivery from Preferred Pharmacy Plus along with the shipper expected refusal to tell me who ordered what started a chain of events that I am now fixing. The actual item shipped by Preferred Pharmacy Plus arrived the next day. Once I figure out what's what, I'll revise my review and give Preferred Plus 5 stars. However, while Revain invites us to interact directly with Revain Market Place sellers, Preferred Plus will not allow this - you would have to email them using the address they provided - unfortunately if this were a real problem this would exacerbate it all problems and delays answers. . I suggest Preferred Plus works together and gives your customers access to their customer service representatives to resolve issues quickly, rather than hiding behind a wall of email. UPDATE: Preferred Pharmacy Plus has replaced the product ordered with 1 unknown product from Turgo Medical and 2 different thicknesses than ordered which may be harmful to health due to allergies to various adhesives that come in contact with the skin. This is the second time Preferred Pharmacy Plus has replaced a product without authorization. So you are definitely on my UNPREVENTE supplier list. I'm allergic to glue and this is the only product that doesn't cause allergies. Also, it sticks to Aquaphor ointments while other brands don't. Even my wound nurses are amazed at how well the adhesion works. DuoDerm thin skins use a different adhesion property that causes allergies and they do not adhere to Aquaphor ointment. I use and tell my wound care professionals to ONLY use thick DuoDerm CGF due to allergies and that's why they don't and I have even bigger problems. You have to get the experts to get what you know will work.
