My headphones arrived DOA. I contacted the company with information that was easy to find on a card from the box. Their tech people guided me through some steps to assure the unit was dead and said they would replace the unit immediately. I then got an email with a prepaid return shipping label for the defective unit. I sent the unit back and sent the company of the shipping receipt. Two days later I had the new unit and it works like a charm. Over-the-ear speakers help eliminate distracting noise from my home, and the sound is great. The unit has phone features I don't use, but they are controlled by the same buttons for features I'm using, so there are only four buttons to learn to use. I have been able to walk anywhere in my two story home and stay connected, which is really nice. The extended usage time was one of the features that led me to buy this set in the first place and has been more than enough to get me through 12 hour days on my computer.
