The packaging is so beautiful. I liked the box it came in as well as the jar of balm. At first it was quite difficult to open. The lid appeared to be closed, but with some effort I managed to open it. The aroma is pleasant and not harsh. Fresh and clean, with a slightly fruity aroma. The product is not super thick. It is transparent and light on the skin. I use it to remove makeup and then another cleanser to wash off the remaining balm. I've been told that this would remove eye makeup easily, but I've found that my waterproof mascara doesn't. That's why I still use eye makeup remover. My skin feels soft and smells good after using this product. I love it and will continue to use it.
