Great platform for managing all aspects within one place
The best thing about this product is that it has an amazing support team, always willing to help in any way they could! We are solving issues very fast but sometimes we need more time before getting new information from them (at least I think so). This happens when there's no active developer working at their office. So far everything went smooth with our customers; even though some things were not easy to do as expected by us due to lack of knowledge or technical abilities in creating specific reports.We solved many problems regarding customer needs like invoicing, payments & billing, inventory management etc. With CaniaS you're going to have complete control over your business transactions.
Pros
- Amazing system for managing all types transactional processes
- Strong financial background/history data analysis capability within database tables.
- Flexible configuration options which can be adjusted according user requirements / expectations
- Easy integration into other systems such CRM platforms eetc
Cons
- Lack Of good documentation especially if using customization capabilities
- Very poor reporting possibilities.
