Got this case to protect my 2017 13" MacBook Pro from scratches and damage. I liked the image of the fog to spice it up. As others have posted , the image isn't as bright as the product photo, and the matte rubber finish on the case makes it a bit matte, but the rubber finish makes it easy to grip, these sleek aluminum computers slip out of my hand so quickly. That was more important to me than a shinier image and a slippery case. The case is thin and light and snaps firmly into place with no difficulty as it fits snugly. Just follow the instructions that come with it. I don't know how it will hold up yet but the point is the case may be dented and scratched should, not the device, so that's it. For the price, that's all I expected. Haven't used the keyboard cover yet. Note e on my photos that the back lower corners are not covered, because I think the display hinge needs room to move. This is the only downside for me as it leaves them exposed, but I don't think other cases can do this any differently due to such tight tolerances.
