Review on PINMOO Womens Tulle Elastic Puffle by Jennifer Garcia

I was a little apprehensive about ordering this skirt as there was no size option and it said one size fits all and there were no reviews but for the price I decided to take a chance and i'm glad i did it! The skirt is one size, it only has an elastic waistband, but it's beautiful, stretchy and comfortable! not pull or itch. The only thing I would say is that I would not recommend it if you are under 5'6 unless you plan on wearing fairly high heels. I'm 5ft 8" and it hits mid-calf. / slightly below mid-calf, so if I were a little lower it would be close to a resistance.
