I can't get the IR remote control extension to work. I get an error message and the box shuts down (picture attached). For this reason I give this set top box an overall rating of 4. I can get the set top box to work without an IR extender connected. When this problem is solved I can change it to 5. Otherwise, this is a super-fast streaming box with no lags. The user interface is very nice and clean. There are many options for customization. The broadcaster's live recording works fine and I can resume it after a pause. You can also add subtitles to movies on the fly if your account is set up in subtitle configuration. Lots of ways to customize your favorites. It saves the history of VOD programs you watched and can later resume playback from that point. Overall good value for money, with the exception of this IR extender. Use it without an IR extender and you'll be fine. But I need a solution to this problem and please let me know how it works step by step.
