Smooth out fuzzy creases in laundry

I bought many figure skating dresses for my granddaughters. Not happy with that. The fabric isn't that nice. He had a smaller body. Wrinkles when washed. The hem is shorter at the front and back than at the sides. :(

Pros

Bought for a costume for my daughter (Louise) but could get additional dresses any day.

Cons
