hair is incredibly soft and even more natural after washing! It's definitely 100% human hair because I was able to tone it with purple shampoo and then I matched my hair color and styled it with hot tools to blend it into my short straight bob, which by the way isn't easy, but with hair, I do I turned out so beautiful! For this result I had to use two packs. I have 14" and 16". The hair clips are also amazing because they have silicone rubber bits that help you attach them and not slip out of your hair. Definitely recommend! quality for the price. hands down
