It is perfect for ballet flats or at home. Bought as a birthday present for a 3 year old. She loves it! It's a little stretchy and beautiful! She can dress up or take a picture. Mom was very happy.

- Our 3 year old great granddaughter insisted on wearing it every day during the week of Christmas. She likes it very much.
