This non-contact thermometer is good value and an overall great thermometer. I used it to take my temperature the other day and compared its accuracy to my old fashioned glass/mercury oral thermometer. It was right. It was accurate beyond what a glass and mercury thermometer can tell us. But this thermometer can do much more. The mode button on the left side of the thermometer can be changed with the proverbial "hat drop". It can also measure the temperature in the room. And again it was accurate compared to other room thermometers. What I particularly like about this thermometer is that its modes can be changed very easily. If you hold it in your right hand, the mode button is on the left side just below the LED screen. When this button is pressed it will switch from measuring a person's temperature to the temperature of the room etc. In the same place but on the right hand side, just below the LED screen, there is a button that will display the previously saved temperatures for changes different people that you have saved. With Covid-19 still rampant in the US, there's another great feature. that it is this thermometer that measures the temperature of people without any contact with the human body. Other important features of this thermometer are that it is a medical grade thermometer made of medical grade materials. In addition, when measuring a person's temperature through the forehead, it only takes 1/1000 second to read a person's temperature accurately and safely. The button to the right of the LED screen is labeled Memory. When it is pressed, all temperatures of all people, objects and rooms accumulated by the user in the past are displayed. I took the temperature and saved it. Later I called him again to compare the temperature I had taken the night before with the temperature I had taken the next morning. Of course, the "memory" button only saved my temperature, but retrieved it very quickly and without delay. All in all, compared to other thermometers that cost over $75, this inexpensive thermometer can and will do it all. It is accurate, easy to use and easy to handle to measure not only the temperature of a person but also a room or place as an object.
