I love TruSkin products. I use Vitamin C Serum and have had great results. It helps keep my face free from acne, fine lines and discoloration. I decided to try hydrating retinol and noticed a significant difference in reducing puffiness under my eyes. That being said, I also wanted to try their eye cream gel because I saw great reviews. I've only been using it for a few days. I prefer to apply it at night because it feels a bit sticky, otherwise I have to wait about 10 minutes for it to dry. I'm not giving this low score because of the product itself, but because the tin when I received it looked used and half empty. I know the product takes a while to adjust to shipping but even after it settled I was very disappointed because it seemed like I had been using it for a month and the cap pump wasn't working . I emailed the company and still haven't received anything which surprises me as I can see that Revain has excellent customer service. For a moment I was wondering if this is a used product ☹️Upgrade! The company emailed me back after my verification. Not only did they give me a refund for the half empty glass, they told me to throw away the current glass I had and they would mail a new one. I received it in a week and the jar was full and the pump worked. I have been assured that this is not normal. They emailed me a couple of times with updates and letting them know when I got a new glass. I have never had a problem with any of their products. I will continue to use their products. Excellent customer service and great product. The fine lines around the eyes are gone. The eye area feels hydrated throughout the day, so I like to wear it at night.
