I purchased this when I was making a DIY jewelry case out of a re-purposed medicine cabinet. The gaps in between where you are supposed to place your stud earrings doesn’t give enough tension to keep a large amount of earrings in place. I have to keep them spaced out in order for them to have enough tension around them so they don’t fall out. Mine is secured in place, so I’m not sure how this would do well in a travel situation. if I am struggling to keep my earrings in place without large movement like travel, I can’t imagine or recommend that this would be a good product to keep your jewelry in place and organized with larger movement.
