I was looking for a nice chair for my husband's office that would still be comfortable enough for him to sit in all day. It turned out to be well structured and the price was pretty good so we ordered it and crossed our fingers. To be honest, for the price I expected it to be so-so. When I opened the box and started removing the pieces, I was surprised at the weight of each piece. To assemble the chair, simply attach the armrests with the included hex wrench, slide the casters into the base, insert the stem into the base, then assemble the main body of the seat onto the stem and you're done. It took me all five minutes. The husband liked that the chair rises quite high, since his table is slightly higher than a standard table. We both found it comfortable when we sat in it. The only thing worth mentioning is that the seat is pretty hard. If you're looking for a typical lightly padded office chair seat, this isn't it. We are pleased with the quality of this item and believe it will hold up to everyday use.
