Okay I'll admit it looks cheap but look at the price! We've had it for 6 weeks and it works great. The only unlucky person in our house is 6ft 2in tall and even he figured out how to get him to work for him. The rest of us are under 5ft 1in tall and are so happy to have hot water delivered to us and reach for a handheld sprayer! Even kids like it as now they can reach the handle too. The younger one uses it as a microphone. So far it has held up to use, it was easy to install. The best part about the installation is that it fully attaches to the original shower drain and does not require fixing the base to the wall. The lack of a bracket on the bottom means it's so easy to mount it where you want it. The downsides are that it's light and manually tightening the downspout requires a slight retightening from time to time. There is a difference in the strength of hand tightening, so maybe only a stronger hand can keep it from loosening. It's plastic so don't overdo it. In general, there are more pluses than minuses.
