Quality Control/Manufacturing Inconsistencies & Woes
I’m theory the assembly is pretty straight forward. Problem is you have to make sure your manufacturing has quality control. There were a couple areas where you could not screw in all the way because the hole was not fully drilled. There’s no way you could push the screw further with just a small hand Allen wrench. I had to use a power drill just to create more space.Another quality issue was the holes did not match up. There are clear gaps and misalignment with the product.
