These shoes are a nightmare for any women's fashion which means that you have to compromise your style and comfort for this ill-fitted, heavy shoe .The only positive factor about this product is that it offers a good grip but that's it. The hard sole is unforgiving and the toe box is too tight for comfort making it difficult to even wear them for short distances. Sore feet don't make for a great workout. absolutely not recommended..
