Most of my daughter's shoes are size 11 and 11.5. I ordered ballet flats in size 12 and they turned out a little smaller than expected! They do, but not for long. I am very satisfied with the quality and will take them again. I love that they don't have elastic laces to tighten and tie the bow - both my girls are so annoyed with ballet flats they have (bows *never look right*).
