It's not silk and it would be nice if the title didn't say so. The fabric is 95% polyester and 5% spandex and is a pretty standard polyester satin. However, they will really add a twist to your sleep wardrobe. They are well tailored, with nice detailing on the cuffs and collar. The print is beautiful and there were no flaws in the fabric. Pants aren't roomy and 5% spandex doesn't seem to have much of an effect on stretch if you tend to toss and turn in your sleep. So, I'd say they're great for relaxing, but I didn't find them very comfortable for sleeping.
